Does anyone have a recommendation for a structural engineer in DFW?
I need an evaluation on a second story with a slight lean in a residential home.

So far, I have only found foundation specialists.

Yes, that's the trend these days, even in Aggieland they are shying away from residential framing design/inspection.

Searches might include
Certified House Inspector ala what a Realtor might use - filter to search one that actually did framing in the day
City Building Inspector that is moonlighting
Lumber yard recoomendations for Master Framers, filtering out their best customers that are not "Master" ... this might be a one-stop-does-all since this is what you want for correction work

Try Campbell & Associates. I believe they do mostly commercial work, but if they can't help they can likely refer you.

Prior to the purchase of my home I used Gary Osbourne to inspect the framing and the foundation. I was concerned with an area of apparent sag in part of the roof I could see from the yard. He spent about an hour in the attic in august taking measurements and looking at things. Ultimately identified a variety of issues and confirmed the sag.

He designed/recommended specific retrofit repairs and then inspected them for me after the homeowner made the repairs during the option period. I was pleased with his work and have had no recurrence of the sag etc. This was over 15 years ago.
