I'm looking for a 12'x12' overhead garage door that has the 'barn door' facade. I am close to the coast, so I'm going to need to get a wind rating of ~140mph on it, if that makes a difference on the manufacturer.

Does anyone have any experience or suggestions on who I should be talking to either online or in the Houston area?

Hopefully you don't need it anytime soon. Overhead doors are one of the many items that are taking a long time to get. Ordered a fairly basic garage door for our build and several guys told me 12-18 weeks out.

I broke my garage door, then had it looked at one day and replaced the very next day
