We had granite countertops put in a few (5+) years back. At one of the seams we have a couple of chips we need repaired. I looked for the grout/epoxy/filler but can't seem to find at my local big box hardware store. I would like to try to repair myself before calling the installer.

The white in the holes is from our hard water in San Antonio.
