I need help and I don't believe I am even using the above correct name. We have a finished attic and I need to add an additional door in our finished attic to access the unfinished areas. We have 1 already and I need to add 2 more. The door measures 24"x46" of the one we have already, yet when I search attic access nothing comes up. Home depot did not know what I was talking about so I could not get much help there.

McCoys keeps them in stock. Attic ladder is the term you are looking for.

Side note, we have a finished attic as well and want to add a ladder that is more stair like with a rail. Anyone seen one like that?

Rails dont collapse well (and shouldn't by design, you need them extremely stable) so most you find are small rails only in a couple spots rather than the entire ladder. Theres a few examples in the HD link i posted above.

It doesn't sound to me like you are looking for an attic access ladder. It sounds like you are looking for a cut down door to access the attic thru the side walls of the finished attic space. Here's an article discussing insulating and sealing a door such as this.

If you look for a solid core cut down door with threshold and weather striping then you'll have something you can use.

Attached is what I am looking for. This is a picture of the only attic crawl space door that I have. I just want more of these. I wasn't sure if this is the door to the attic therefore has to be a special fire ******ant door or anything like that.

I don't believe it has to be fire rated but you would want a solid core, weatherstripped door with threshhold to create a seal that will not allow air conditioned air to escape into the attic.
Not sure where you are located but an actual door company instead of the box stores would be able to help you out with this. You're wanting a cut down solid core attic access door with weather stripping and threshold, door & frame. Let me know location and I can give you some contacts.

If you're in the Houston area, give Hoelscher Weatherstrip a try.

I don't know as many in the Houston area. Hoelscher Weatherstrip is close to Magnolia and looking at their website, I'd give them a call.
Here's a few more: (don't know these that well as most of our work is in Austin/San Antonio)

Reach out to a lumber distributor like Builder's First Source (BFS) or BMC. Ask them for a cut down insulated attic door. Give them the rough opening size and they can get you squared away.
