How long do you want to ignore this user?
Looking to get a patio added on to our back porch. I think it's going to be a hair under 350 sq ft. without removing the cut off corner piece. We are thinking just plain concrete, no staining/stamping/etc. We also have sprinkler system, so that will have to be reconfigured. What would a reasonable cost for this be? Will most companies be able to redo the sprinkler system and do the concrete or am I looking at two different companies? Does anyone have recommendations for companies in BCS?

I would use two companies for this.

For the concrete, you are looking at roughly 5 yards. I would call Martin Marietta to see if they can recommend someone to pour and finish it.

Are you planning to use a pump or wheelbarrow to get the mix back to where the slab is going? A pump will cost more, do less damage to the property, and get the mix down faster.

One more thing, there are a few folks around here that can help you with price, but don't be shocked by their numbers. Scaling down to 5 yards in a backyard through a gate makes the sq ft rate not great. For instance, if you pump this the pump cost would be the same for 5 yards or 20 yards.

I think the best option is to pump it. We back right up to the street and there's no good access to the backyard from the front. What sort of cost would we be looking at? Any idea?

Here is my guess

Pump truck $1,000
Sprinkler relocation $1,000

350 sq ft @ $15 sq ft on the pour for turn key

They problem is that concrete guys don't like small jobs like this that are tedious so you will pay a premium

Here are two contractors you can try
