How long do you want to ignore this user?
Looking to replace existing floors with wood look tile. Anyone have good recommendations for an option? Also, how much should i expect to pay in labor? This is where i see big difference in pricing. Thanks.

Buy factory seconds. Buy a few 100 square feet more than you need. You can find it on ebay. Even after paying freight, you'll come out ahead on cost. That's what I did in the house I sold back to my ex. I couldn't tell the difference between that and the stuff on the shelf at Lowes.

we had an interior designer look at our house a month ago. She quote either 6k or 8k for replacing our existing tile with wood look. Most of that was removing the old tile.

For the wood looking tile you'll want 1/16th grout lines in a random pattern. Tile needs to be 24" long, shorter pieces don't look right. So you need really straight tile and a very level floor else the long tiles can crack if not installed well. So that's where some cost comes from.

I love ours, bought from AZ Tile, dogs don't slip on it like polished tile or wood. But it was not cheap.

I'm looking for specific pricing info. What have you paid per square foot?

IIRC, it was about $2.50-$3.00/square foot to install. Not the best, not the worst.
