soaked the about half of the carpet in the spare bedroom. Called a plumber yesterday afternoon and got the pipes replaced. We pulled up the carpet, borrowed some industrial air mover fans from a neighbor and have had them going for about 12 hours. It's mostly dry now.

Are there any anti-fungal/mode sprays I should get from Lowes before putting the carpet back down later this weekend?

I looked into some carpet cleaning/recovery services, but as their tech said, we've already done the most important part of pulling the carpet up and running fans. They'd still charge their minimum fee of ~$90 service call plus their microbial treatment and then put the carpet back down.

Use Consan Triple Action 20 it will solve your problem. You may have to check at a farm and garden store to find it. Some ace hardware stores will also have it. I think I may have seen it at Lowes or Home Depot also. Best fungicide and algicide on the market.
