installing some ceiling fans in my house and the ceiling boxes I'm attaching them to aren't exactly fastened securely. They're not going anywhere but it's making my fans wobble. No noise, just driving me nuts when I look at it. Any thing I can do to shore up the box from the attic?

Metal or plastic box ?
Your sure it us a fan rated box ?

I've been using this style for about 10 years without any issues

Could just be the blades aren't perfectly even. I had to put some weights on them to even the blades out when my fan was wobbling

I have used something similar to this to install ceiling fans in places where there wasn't one previously. It is pretty easy to install from the inside and doesn't require you to spend a lot of time in the attic.
