Are there any outdoor flood lights that can be turned off on the unit or dimmed?

My back door is on the side of the house, and then there is a walkway to the patio in the backyard. I currently have two flood lights in the back, one above the door lighting up the side of the house and the other in the back lighting the back yard and patio.

I am looking for lighting solutions for when I am on the back patio, and would like to be able to turn the flood light off so its not so blinding, and have it on the rest of the time for security purposes. However, both lights are on the same switch.

We can utilize string lights in the back for lighting, but if I switch both off, it gets pretty dark on the side of the house where the door is.

Do I have another solution other than installing another switch or moving the flood lights to different circuits?

Is the switch to control the lights between the two flood lights? If it is, there's a good chance thw wires run from the switch to each floodlight. I'd recommened just putting in a double switch so that you will have individual control over the lights.
