Live in West Frisco and have had some movement in my foundation that is a little concerning. Anyone have a recommendation for a structural engineer? Also, what should I expect to pay? Have seen prices range from $300s to $800s for an inspection.

Do a search on the metroplex board. Remember an Ag posting that had a company that does the engineering only and then will give you references for contractors for bids.
