Murphy Door for Closet

I've got a mini AOM on the way, and momma is ready to start getting the nursery in check. I'd like to replace the current bi-fold doors on the closet with a bookcase/murphy door.

The problem I'm facing is the closet is behind the entry doorway to the room. I've tried to find a flush mounting style bookcase door, but not having much luck. I've thought about moving the entry door 12-14" but now I'm getting into a significant remodel.

Any suggestions/thoughts/tips?

how's about a double murphy door, or one that swings in.

Have a carpenter custom build one. It'll be much cheaper than buying a kit and moving a door.

Personally, I would try to do it myself. Then, when I fail miserably, I would have my carpenter come in and fix it up.
