Front door is sticking a bit. Tried a couple of the tips/tricks via google today with mostly no success. Wanting to put new hardware on as well, and the lower bolt hole is in a different location than current.

I'd like to try and keep the current door (partially because i like it, but mostly because i'd prefer to not drop $5k on a f'ing front door).
