Anyone know of a good website that has house plans? Just wanting to get some ideas.

Check builder's websites for different developments. When I was looking at houses, you could see the floor plans. Some offered pdf versions.

It is a start.

I think Southern Living magazine has floor plans for homes if you like southern style homes.
