Sprinkler valve issue

I have a sprinkler system and I have 2 zones that arent working.

I tried to manually open both of them and still nothing. I can hear water but I seems like the valve isn’t fully opening.

I replaced one solenoid and it didn’t help.

Could this be a diaphragm problem?

Any advice would be helpful

More than likely it is a diaphragm issue. You can either rebuild the valve or plumb in a new one.

Are the diaphragms usually a standard size? There was only one on the shelf so I got one earlier today

The diaphragms vary by manufacturer and model. As far as size goes most residential valves are 1"
