Question for you guys that know a lot more about this stuff than I do.

These decorative windows are in a house built in the early 80's.

What are the odds that the metal 'framing' in these windows is lead?
Assuming it is lead, is there any health concern with small children....i.e. touching the windows then fingers in mouth....

I know this is incredibly ignorant, I'm just trying to educate myself....thanks.
