Where does one get this? I am looking for the recycled rubber mulch that they use on playgrounds beneath swings and monkey bars. Im actually looking for the solid kind, not the loose granules. Is there a place local to houston to get this?

Permalife is a good brand. There are several others out there. Depending on how much you want, just find a media that you like and get with the distributor to buy in bulk. The Houston guy is probably going to be RubberScapes

If you're going to do this, make sure you have a good, wide border so that these pieces of rubber don't find themselves all over your lawn and lawnmower.

are you looking for mulch or a mat? If you live near a Tractor Supply they have rubber mats, 4x8'. They are meant for horse stalls. I have them in a home gym...
