Estimated cost to come out and replace a relay switch on a fridge?

I ask because my GF's wine fridge was out but the compressor wasn't coming on at all so I figured it was electrical-related. Anyway, had some techs come out and they replaced the relay and charged her $189 (after the "15%" discount - LOL). I say WTF, and am calling them asking for an itemized bill but for 15-20 mins worth of work, trip charge, and a $5-10 relay switch I'm feeling she got ripped off. Any ideas what this should cost? Thanks!

$80-$100 trip charge
$10 in parts
$60 per hour labor, 1hr minimum.

$189 sounds about right.

Guess you're right, she just told me something about the $49 trip fee being waived if they actually did some work, plus 15% off the total, and with all that it seemed to be way high.

I know, my bad she was just in a hurry to get it fixed and I didn't get a chance to do it myself. My fault, lesson learned. Like I said just sounded so inflated for a $5-10 part, given the "15% off" and "trip fee waived" assertions. Thanks for the thoughts.

I had a friend of a friend come and replace a capacitor on my AC unit, it was a $30 part, he charged me $100 (it was sunday night), he said that's half what he would charge a normal person.

believe it.. it pays to know how to work on plumbing/electrical/HVAC
