How long do you want to ignore this user?
I have a Culligan Gold 9 water softener that has stopped softening the water. The problem is the system isn't pulling the brine out of the brine tank. It doesn't seem like there is enough suckage to pull the brine. I have manually primed the brine tubing (sucked water into the tubing), so this assembly is fine. I checked the eductor screen and it is free of debris. And the backwash restrictor is fine. What could be the problem? Should I pull the eductor nozzle and check/replace that and/or the O-rings on it?

Any help would be appreciated. If email is easier, it is tlhero50 at yahoo dot com.

This guy is a sponsor on the Aggieland board and we got an RO system from him a while back. I bet he could give you some suggestions about your "suckage" problem...
