Former Aggie golfer Jordan Russell is playing well at the 2026 US Mid Am at Sand Valley Resort in Nekoosa, WI. He took down Bobby Massa 4 and 2 this morning. Bobby Massa is an elite Mid-Am nationally and was the #1 seed after stroke play.

Jordan is currently 1 down through 5 in the round of 16. Let's go JR!!

Does anyone know the golfer from THROCKMORTON who is playing in the Quarterfinals?

And does Throckmorton have a golf course? Or does he have to drive to Graham or into Fort Worth to play?

I know him. Lives out in Midland/Odessa now.

He's a reinstated amateur. Really good player. He also caddied for Bobby Gates for a while.
