Posted on Masters thread but just got tix for Tues practice round and Thursday tournament round at The Old Course St. Andrews. Bucket list! Hotels in Edinburgh are about 700 a night. Any tips? The open lottery says it is all or nothing. Can't pick and choose your allotment.

Assuming you received your notice via email? Doesn't look like there is any portal to check status up ballot
I'd look for B&B's in the area. Edinburgh is about 1.5-2hr drive each way.
Yes email that tells me to go to portal.
But I can't just say test to Thursday and no to Tuesday- it's all or nothing.

Stay in Dundee. Close and they have shuttles running all day. And cheaper than Edinburgh also. I went in 22.

You can take the train up from Edinburgh. Hotels should be a bit cheaper there.
Will have tickets for Monday and Tuesday rounds for sale if anyone is interested!
