I am just really wanting to give praise to others/experiences who make golf enjoyable. Doesn't necessarily have to be "I love golf". I'd like to recognize Bill Slade(GM) and Jim Baetge(director of instruction) @ Traditions. A week ago Jim, who works some weekly group lessons with junior golfers(some from my team) sent me a text to see what day would interfere least with my golf team's practices, so that he could possibly work around that. Then today as a guest out at Traditions, Bill came up and introduced himself and asked me how my golf team is looking going into this year. Not sure how he knew me (resourceful?) or maybe the hat tipped him off, but it felt good for him to ask me and give me an opportunity to brag on my team.

Enjoyed the round, the course, and it's always nice when you birdie the 18th anywhere!
