We are booked week before summer solstice so we will have plenty of daylight.

8 golfers. 5 rounds at Bandon Dunes. $1,830 for green fees.

We will most likely play Bandon Crossing, Florence Dunes, Coos CC in addition to BD.

Will airbnb lodging.

Our caddie said some guy played 5 rounds on Summer Solstice. He shot in the 70s every round. Incredible.

wow. $470 now? I thought $375 was getting up there. Need Trump to reduce golf inflation.

I was trying to figure out when summer 2026 reservations would become available. Lady on the phone only said "keep an eye on the newsletter and website". So not overly helpful.

Any clue from you insiders?

Totally making a guess here but they'll open up the golf reservation once 2026 green fees are established.

I don't imagine they're concerned about getting tee times and lodging booked. They're probably more concerned with maximizing revenue with the sweet spot rates.

$470 is the peak rate for non resort guest day fee from June-Sep 2025.

Their tee times vary throughout the year the there are much cheaper rates.

I'm going to try to take advantage of Christmas/New Years random day walk on for $170. Hopefully it will be sunny 65 degrees.

I believe it would be February/March 2025. Each month (I forget what day) they open up 16 or 18 months ahead.

For example, we just went in November of this year. My buddy booked in June 2023.

That's how it worked for us at least. All done by phone as well. No online booking.

18 months in advance. I'm going first week of July 25. Booked it in December of 23. 2025 rates weren't out yet so the lady I booked the reservation with had me put down a $5,000 deposit for the rooms and the tee times.

My dad and I are entered for the 2026 window. He will be 73, so hopefully we win it because I'm not sure how many more years he would be able to walk it after that.

My post kind of made it sound like my dad is on deaths bed, but he's actually in pretty good shape for a 72 year old. We took a trip to Scotland last summer and he has no issues. I just know that health isn't guaranteed and don't want to risk going when he's 75+.
