Question for those in the know. I was given a new set of clubs off the rack for my birthday. The last set I bought I had fitted and ordered. Is there a place to go to that will fit them to me? I know most places want to fit and order the clubs. I was not expecting this so just seeing if there are options. I'm a mid-high Hcp.

take clubs to PGA superstore, tell them you got new sticks and want lie/loft/length adjusted for you. They'll fit the 7i and maybe pw. Then, you can pay them to bend them all to spec

depends on the material of the clubheads. some can't be bent

Even cast can be bent 2 degrees. Very rare to need more than that.

Ping's are best done by Ping if you need more than a degree or so of adjustment. They also paint the dot. Usually pretty cheap per club and they turn them around quickly. That said, what can't be changed cheaply are the shafts; you're gonna want to make sure those are a decent fit before you hit them and turn new clubs into used clubs

So I'd go to PGA SS or wherever they were purchased, ask for some help in determining lie angle and shafts for the 430s which they'll have you hit demos, then you can react from there. If the shafts you have are not a fit, I'd ask to see what they can do on a new for new trade (or exchange using who bought them for you). If the shafts are fine, I would probably just have Ping do the lie angles. It is important to get the lie angle right.

Thanks fellas; I believe they were ordered directly from Ping. Shaft flex is ok; length I'm not sure about or the lie angle. I will have to go to PGA SS and get them checked. My previous fitted set is black dots and these are also so hopefully maybe not too much adjustment.

If you had black dot and received black dot, and you are not < 5'5" or > 6'6" in height, I am gonna guess about the only thing to be concerned with here is shaft flex. If you got the same flex I doubt you need to get anything adjusted.

I believe Ping will do all that for you for free. Basically I'd call Ping and they will have you work with your local Ping dealer to get it shipped etc. Especially since those are newer model.
