Played 9 Sunday morning then headed to Sand Hills for lunch and 18 more

Wind was howling at Sand Hills all 3 days
20-35 mph

Sand Hills is a big big golf course. It's firm and fast and you must strike the ball well to score. Great test of golf.

Not having to fly into Denver and drive 6 hours was appreciated...would highly recommend

Next time you take the PJ to Valentine, you need to check out Prairie Club. They have two great, really fun courses out there as well.

Looked into it
As guest you can only tee off after 10am which eliminates playing 36 but the course looks awesome. I hope we get to play it next time!

Can you only play these courses with a member?

Yes
Both private

Sand Hills is a tough one, they only have like 145 members

very nice. I'm looking in to a rip to the Prairie Club in a couple of years myself. Nebraska certainly wouldn't be the first state I'd think of for golf but these courses look fantastic.

Obligatory check out Landmand if you go to Nebraska

Sand Hills is arguably the best course in the country. Such a good get.

Gotcha, I think I got it confused with Bandon, Sand Valley, etc that are sold out for 2025.

I played it last year and loved it. Would like another crack at it.

I enjoyed Landmand, but I think I preferred Prairie Club. Both are really cool, though.
