Was a fantastic time! Kings course…definitely a bucket list course.
I have played both. I wouldn't call the Centenary course "meh", they are just different kinds of courses. The King's Course was designed by James Braid when course architecture wasn't constrained by the modern rules of course architecture. I doubt any architect would design a par 3 like #5 (Het Gridle) today. But, its a wonderful, quirky golf hole.TXAGGIES said:

I know the Ryder Cup was at the PGA course but everything I read says Kings is a better layout/better views, while PGA is meh.
