When my daughter was 9, I took her and her friend to a driving range for the first time. They had 3 holes you could play for free if you buy a basket of golf balls. My daughter's friend unwrapped her brand new, new used 3-wood and proceeded to hit a hole-in-one on the first swing of her life on a golf hole. It was about 120 yards.

She has never played since (the smartest move of her life). This happened about 15 years ago.

I never miss an opportunity to share how much I hated Bryan Muni and I'm glad it's gone.

You shut your mouth. That was the only course I could afford to play when I was a young.

Hell yeah, Bryan muni was great for a poor college student with an afternoon off who wanted to play some cheap golf.....ie me

How could you not afford the campus course? I graduated in 2002 and the student membership was like $100 a year for unlimited play.
