Waters were gone in 3 days and I believe play started back within 10. Buddy of mine just joined and said you'd never know unless someone told you.

Considering shot holes like Cinco ranch and Meadowbrook farms charge $125+, $160 doesn't seem that bad.

Wow. Would not have guessed that.

And I guess everyone can decide the value of the course to them but I think it's awesome. I'm sure I'll pay the nut at some point to play it again.

So what is a fair rate for a pretty good course in Houston? $50, $100, etc? I have no dog in the fight so just curious on your opinion.

$100 is the going rate for good golf unless you can get on at Gus or Memorial.

High Meadow Ranch and Traditions are our go to spots and they're right at $100.

It's the best public course in greater Houston. Unfortunately, if you aren't a "member" you aren't getting a decent tee time on the weekend.

Monday - Tuesday $100. Wed - Thursday $125
That's crazy but it is the best public course in the Houston area.
After the floods, a member told me that greens were in bad shape.
