Recently bought a bag from Vessel. It's the newest cart bag. The Luxe IV I think. Anyways, I got it in April and have used it maybe 4 or 5 times since then. The "leather" is already starting to peel which is unacceptable for a $500 bag.

I emailed them some pics of it and they basically told me to **** off. Offered up $100 gift card. Not sure what that's gonna do for me.

Anybody experienced this with their Vessel bag? Any luck with their Customer Service?

It's a beautiful bag and I love the functionality. Was a little concerned about durability when I got it and here we are.

I've also found if that doesn't work you can call them out on twitter. amazing how fast some companies respond to that

Is it peeling where the cart strap touches the bag or somewhere else?

Somewhere else. In close proximity but not close enough that the cart strap would have ever come in contact. Plus I had been using the "cart strap condom" that they sent.

Gonna snap a pic of the bag in cart and the spot where the "leather" is peeling. At worst, it's a pinch point or spot on the bag that creases when strapped in. Either way, hard to believe I'm dealing with this on such an expensive bag.

If you have a $500 golf bag and need to use a "golf strap condom" when using it, you're doing too much lmao. Just go buy a Jones carry golf bag used on eBay and get back to enjoying the game

Yeah, that's frustrating. I have had mine for three years now and it has held up well. There are a few wear spots near the bottom where it rubs on the cart but not a big deal. Wipes off easily when it gets dirty and I like the simple look.
