Looking for recommendations for golfing in Gulf Shores. It has been a few years since I have played there but they are in the middle of aerating season over there it seems.
Kiva was punched May 26-28 so they won't be healed by next week.
Craft farms courses punched cotton creek this week and Cypress is getting punched next week.
Peninsula seems to be the only option which I played last time I was down there but just wanted to play something different.

I don't like Kiva Dunes at all. It was in really good shape when I played it… but the golf course feels crammed in there. It's hot and there are zero views with the trees/swamp/jungle lining almost every hole.

It was probably a good idea, but the execution was terrible in my opinion.

My only other experience down that way was Lost Key and it wasn't much fun. Blind forced lay-ups… the place has the nickname Lost Ball for a reason.

It's an hour drive up to it, but Lakewood on the RTJ trail was a really good golf course. (I think they have 36 there)

Yeah we played lost key as well last time I was there and I wasn't a fan of it at all.

Gulf Shores Golf Club is actually really solid. I prefer it over Kiva and Craft Farms

we go to Orange Beach or Pensacola every year and i usually just get on Pensacola CC. Cool track. Bubba plays there alot. would recommend.

More of a budget option that some of the others listed here, but have played Perdido Bay Golf Club and it was just fine.

Well below some of the others mentioned here - I have only played Kiva.

When lived there about 20 years ago there was Links course. Since rarely do those it was fun.
