Miles Russell, the current #1 junior shot -8 over 2 days to make the cut this week on the Korn Ferry Tour. I watched him on Grant's channel a few weeks ago and he beat him by 4 shots. He's currently +3 through his first 2 holes today.
I always wonder how you see players like this. Is he just a prodigy? Does he just have an amazing coach? Does it take both to get there?
There's a kid at our club who started golfing 11 months ago, and shot 79 from the tips at Bridges in Gunter during his highschool tournament on a windy day. Just insane how the game comes so easily to some people.
