She is due at the end of April, early May.

If RBC wasn't a signature event, Scottie would be in Dallas right now.

I believe the tour still has a rule for the top 50 guys that they can only skip one signature event without facing a fine or some kind of punishment. There's lots of talk he tee's it up and then withdraws since that won't count as skipping the event, but I think the due date is actually in a couple weeks.
