You have a huge slope right breaking back to the hole, hit a straight shot if not cut and take the water out of play. But they are pros so i cant really question it

He was definitely purposefully trampling down the rough where he intended to drop. Then dropped the ball from about ankle high.
This after the incident last week on 18 where he clearly grabs a lofted wedge to "check" his lie in the rough so he could improve his lie before grabbing his actual club. Then hitting a ball that he knew moved.
