Because it's owned/part of the NFL and the others are not. It's owned by NBC. NBC talks about the XFL, etc. Golf channel is not owned by the PGA tour and covers other tours (lpga, euro, Asian, etc etc) as well as various college events and championships. If they're serious about covering golf they should be covering the biggest golf story in the world today…but…feelings.

The PGA Tour owns all of those other tours like LPGA, Korn Ferry, Champions, and a large part of the Euro Tour.

If I was the Tour and my rights partner, Golf Channel, covered LIV I wouldn't be thrilled. It's not expected to be an unbiased news source. In the same way the CW's golf coverage of LIV isn't going to give airtime to the PGAT
