To start, I am not posting this to start an argument/debate about allowing 5somes on a course. I respect the game and pace of play. With that said, I am looking for helping finding a course that will allow a 5some. We recently lost my grandpa unexpectedly who taught us all to golf. His son, my stepdad, was laid off in December. His 60th is next month. We wanted to surprise him with a round with his 4 sons since he's had a rough couple months. We are all decent golfers ranging from scratch to high 80s. If anyone can help me find a spot I'd really appreciate it. His birthday is Feb 10th so aiming for that day. He lives in Midlothian, but open to anywhere in DFW.

Thanks & Gig'em

Not the best of courses but I believe Thorntree in DeSoto allows fivesomes.

I'd make a phone call to whatever course you are wanting to play and see if they will make an exception given what you are trying to organize.

If holes 11 and 12 didn't exist out there I'd agree. Can't tell you how many tee balls I've had roll into that hazard lol

Thanks for all of the responses. I am a Richardson resident and play at Sherrill somewhat often. I'll give Ronny a call.
