Seems to be getting decent reviews on 18 Birdies. I live close to it now and may check it out soon for the price offered

Played it back in October and it was in great shape compared to everything else this year (in the same price range). I'm in CS and would rather drive and play this course than the A&M course.

Ended up playing there today. Besides the foursome of old guys in front of us holding everything up it was very good for this time of year. Greens were nice and rolling good. Forgot how much I enjoy that course. Some of those par 4's are beasts

I've played it a few times, and yes, I remember some TOUGH par 4s out there… very demanding.
