Course recommendations? Doesn't need to be immaculate but not an absolute goat track either. 4 playing, me and another golfer are decent (85-90) the other two....not so good. Both will shoot well over 100 so I don't want something that will intimidate them. Thanks for any advice.

Golf Club at Star Ranch
Shadow Glen
Teravista

Some cheaper ones, although the reviews don't look that great.
Mustang Creek
Blackhawk

Been about 6 or 7 years so things might have changed, but out of those I'd go with Teravista or Star. Blackhawk is incredibly windy and Shadow Glen is pretty difficult if you can't think your way around. Haven't played the others.

Avery ranch is a good one

Avery is also good track but not round rock area

Avery Ranch is the best public track around and is 10 minutes west of I35 from Round Rock

Star ranch aka "par" ranch is absolutely the right answer

#5 would eat that many itself. That hole is one of the hardest in the area.
