PGA Tour should be pushing this, showing how anyone can become a member unlike LIV. Unfortunately they're too busy constantly showing tiger and charlie clips from 2 years ago.
I think Walker Lee as well. Lots of wind and gonna rain hard eventually..Will be a grind.

My gosh. Sam is -2 through 7 in spite of having a triple. How often does that happen?
I think they took a birdie down and made it a par. still -1......well he birdied 8, so back to -2.

Well to start you have to be pretty good at golf.

Correct. Sam will be a full member on Korn Ferry next year no matter what. The only thing he is playing for is a Tour Card.

Sam is now at -2, tied for 14th. However, he's only 3 shots off the lead. Looks like this will be a dog fight to get those 5 spots.

I'd love to see Wesley Bryan get his card back. Especially after all the heat he took from social media when he signed that letter to the PGA tour demanding details on their negotiations.
The weather is nasty there. Sunday will be awful. It's all about staying within striking distance and anything can happen.
Sam is leading the field in birdies. He has a double and triple that are really holding him back.
Sawgrass CC, where Sam is today, is playing significantly more difficult than Dye's Valley. He needs to survive today and grind again tomorrow.
So do they play the TPC course after today ?
They keep alternating. There's no cut.

A triple yesterday and a double on a par 5 today are the big numbers killing his score. Even limiting those to a double and a single means T9 vs. T30. Can't have those huge numbers without being perfect on the other 17.
