Anyone played it?

I know it's now owned by the Dormie network…

I've been invited on a trip in March but it's expensive. So wondering if it's worth it….

Got paired with a guy last weekend that has played it. Said it was worth every penny

$2000 for full day play, $4000 for two days one night.

I have NOT played it but from the people who have played it they said the golf course wasn't worth it, but that the service was great as always. He didn't think it was worth it compared to other Dormie stays.

if that's the price, that's way over market for similar places.

Yeah, that seemed high.

I've stayed at Ohoopee for 2 nights for $2K. Going again in January and think I'll do two nights and 4 rounds for $2,300.

The big issue I have with TX0 is the requirement to fly in private.

I played it when it was still privately owned - pre Dormie club.
Architecturally brilliant but the conditioning was not commensurate with the rest of the course.
I don't know if Dormie has the conditioning up to par yet.

It has some mystique and not many have played it,
BUT

$4,000 for 2 days / one night WOW

that is way too much for that experience IMO. I can think of plenty of other courses I would rather play than Wolf Point for 4K.
