Northgate & Walden on Lake Conroe have been acquired by Concert Golf Partners. Concert is a boutique owner/operator of 32 clubs throughout the country. The press release indicates that Concert will invest "millions" of capital in the clubs without member assessments. This is typical of Concert's past acquisitions.

getting rid of Dan is an auto upgrade.. even if its just on vibes alone. Cant speak for NG but they should just fire everyone at Walden except the chef and start over.
