Anyone have any recommendations for Virginia Beach courses, or courses in the Norfolk area?

I've looked on Google maps, but I figured I'd ask in case anyone here had direct experience.

Also, if you have any food/tourist recommendations you'd like to share, I'd be interested in those as well.

I'm in Central VA but do make it out to that area once in a while. Heading out there for golf at the end of November. I'm not really familiar with VB but Williamsburg old colonial town is a must visit. College of William and Mary sits in the town and it's very pleasant. Right around it is Kingsmill resort where they used to play LPGA tournament and Golden Horseshoe is highly sought after. Haven't played either but playing GH next month.
