Played Cholla since Saguaro was still closed for overseeding. Will be back next Spring and play both courses. Fun layout, great views, good pro shop and a good restaurant. Beer cart could use some more selection but they had a few good local brews on tap in the restaurant. They were good about providing lots of water. Highly recommend.

YES! Cholla could possibly be my favorite course that I've played. Ever. and I have been luck to play some pretty good ones. For sure my favorite in Arizona. It isn't for everybody with several blind tee shots, but the views and uniqueness of it make it awesome.

Hope you had some tilted kilt beer. Some good stuff.

Cholla was fun but preferred Saguaro albeit a little tougher. Nice pics, would definitely recommend either course to anyone.

Both of those courses are great. I preferred them over both of the TPC courses and Troon North as well. I just really liked how secluded they were.

Almost got popped by a rattlesnake on Saguaro looking for my buddy's ball.

Played Saguaro last December and loved it. Thanks for the pics. Will play Cholla early next year......love Scottsdale golf.

Played it for the first time in August. Loved it as well

Another that impressed that isn't one of the top tier Scottsdale courses, I loved the Coore/Crenshaw redesign on Talking Stick

Completely agree its a better course than both the Troon courses. Would prefer to play 36 out there any day of Troon.

Great tracks…played both one day, and then did it again the next….after both Troon North courses on day one. Fun trip. Funniest point in the trip - on 18 on Chollo, I'm teeing off and a hog snorts in my backswing from the bushes. Shank city but worth all the laughs.

First pic is #1? Pretty sure I drove shy and left of the green on the gravel, but was trying to impress the strangers I was and was able to flop off the gravel onto the green for a pretty impressive par.

4th pic is a long par 5? I was able to drive the green in two and almost had me an eagle.

I don't think you have the first par three with a huge ass boulder on the left? #3. I had two pars and decided to shank my 3rd tee and, I think, thinned an iron into the boulder...

All jokes aside, it's a great course. Really enjoyed it.
