Next week I'm there all week. I know Destin is close and Santa Rosa has a golf club.

My question is I'm playing 2-3 days, where do I need to go and how am I booking said tee times.

Golfnow is fine, but I prefer the really nice courses that you go to their site to book

Help me out golfing Ags, and if your there I'll play a round with you

Santa Rosa and Camp Creek are both private. If you are a member of a club elsewhere, you might ask your pro if they can make a call to get a tee time.

From a public perspective, I still think The Raven over in Destin is the best track in the area. Helps it is also on the far east side of Destin so you don't hit too much traffic. For a second course, I would go with Windswept Dunes or Kelly Plantation.

Whatever you do, get the earliest tee time available.

Played Santa Rosa over a decade ago and enjoyed it.

Didn't know they are now ClubCorp and they did a remodel recently.

Looks nice.

Played Windswept Dunes in Freeport last week and it was fantastic.

Agree with Windswept Dunes. Nice track, off the beaten path… a bit of a hidden gem.

Also agree that Raven is a real nice track. I like it a lot more than Kelly Plantation.

Really enjoyed everything about Windswept except the 3 Arky guys in front of me who didn't know how to play golf, played anyway, made it a 4+ round

We played Emerald Bay last year and the Regatta Bay club this year. We enjoyed them both but we are normally just muni kind of guys. Regatta Bay has a true CC feel to it. Booked both with golf now.

Love Windswept Dunes - its a bit out of the way but to me easier to get to than some of the courses in Destin (if you are coming from Seaside area).

Played Raven in April and it was great - just packed with fivesomes (we were one of them).

Also have played Indian Bayou twice now. Very nice people - nice grill with good food. Greens are very nice and the tee boxes suck - not sure how you pull that off as a grounds crew. Like the layout, but its a club on its last legs, I think.

Yeah I'm in a sprinter van and WAZE telling me like 35 minutes to go 14 miles

We're in sea island, so it was easy to get to windswept, tomorrow will be traffic
