Sorry for the late notice. Expect extremely difficult course conditions throughout the tournament. Rain all day thursday and friday. Winds saturday. And cold temperatures sunday. I honestly dont know how they will finish this tournament.

This course plays much different tye last two years in march than they did in may. Greens are overseeded with poa trivalis and velvet bentgrass. Water on 17 holes. Matsuyama had an early WD this morning. I wouldnt be shocked to see more as the weather conditions continue to deteriorate.

Better than the delay 2 years ago. That was surreal.

I'm not sure how they play much longer today. Already squeegee's on the greens in between groups and radar looks BAD. May be looking at a Monday finish and only 3 rounds

Also shows 90% chance of thunderstorms tomorrow

While I don't disagree , at that level you want every advantage or benefit you can get. With that much money on the line and at that stage. Also the pros that get to that level probably got there partly by being that way.

So you routinely putt your ball through a standing puddle on the green? I'm usually in the clubhouse if its raining that much but go for it I guess.

I haven't been able to keep up with everything from the delays. Still expect to play 72 holes or is it down to 54 yet?

Talking about Monday finish so no plans to shorten it yet.

Tornado watch until 11 AM. After that, it's going to be very windy all day. It's going to be agonizing if they finally get to play today.
