Played it last weekend as well. Course is in perfect shape. It's short but with the wind it's tough enough for most golfers. We did have a cart and played 18 in two and half hours.

Played 18? You played 9 twice? Or typo and you played 9 in 2.5 hrs ?

I wont speak for him, but if the course were mostly empty, and you had a cart, 18 in 2.5 hrs is easily doable. The course is short even from the back tees. Better keep it in the fairway though.

Yes they have the golf boards. It costs more to play 18, but not double the 9 hole fee I don't think

We saw some people using those boards and they looked interesting. Went to black marlin for diner a couple of times and they had several of the boards inside at night. It was hot though and you have no where to find shade without a cart.

Bump to ask if anyone has played it lately? Good shape?

I used to play the old course several times a year but haven't tried out the new short-course set up. Will be in Port A over Thanksgiving and thought about checking it out.

Played it in May and it was in great shape. Super bummer it's only 9holes though.

I played in June and it was great , with the wind and the tight fairways it will give you all you can handle

We tried to play on a Saturday afternoon back in early October but they were filled up.

Played it back in September and it was in great shape. Course was pretty much empty except for our group. Only complaint was that we had a group of 8 for a bachelor party, and we're trying to play all in the same group (2 teams of best ball). Let the only other guy on the course play through us and weren't being too rowdy. Clubhouse sent someone out to tell us we couldn't play in one group even though there was no one else around

Did they use the Covids as an excuse why you guys couldn't gather up? That's stupid if yall weren't holding anyone up.
