so i got a last second invite to go to the Monday practice round. i'm flying in Sunday and renting a car, practice round on Monday, then flying out on Tuesday.

I'm beyond excited, and the way this thing fell in my lap is just unbelievable.

anybody have any tips on what to bring, tips on parking etc? I'll be staying at a house about 2 miles from the course. I know there's a 70% chance of rain on Monday i don't care...

Monday & Tuesday are best days IMO you get to interact with the players a bit more.

Take a camera, you can take these in on Mon-Wed. No cell phones

Most of the free parking lots are located on Berckmans Rd. I think.

Tips? No, I would not play the tips.

For your sake, I hope the forecast is wrong. They'll close the course if there's lightning.

There is now a 100% chance of thunderstorms on Monday in Augusta.

weather.com and NWS forecasts ...

Weather underground is saying 90%, but that the thunderstorms won't come in until the evening with showers early in the morning. I'll be there Monday and praying we get at least a few good hours.
