I'm currently a student at A&M and never really played golf growing up. My dad played every weekend and I enjoyed basketball and track more. However, within the past year I've started getting more into golf. I've had a couple of lessons back home, and have gone out to driving range some with my dad, but I need some lessons in the College Station area. Any recommendations?

Thread search through the Golf Forum because one of the Pros at the Campus course posted on here about how to setup lesson with him. Sorry, I'd search for you but only have a minute or so.

if I were in your shoes I'd go with a group lesson, it is cheaper, and give you an idea if this is something you want to pursue further.

I would suggest Rick Kahlich at the Texas A&M Course or Wendi Weise at Texas Team/Pebble Creek CC.

I think both would be worth your while.

Do a half hour lesson since you are a beginner and since it will cost less than a full, to see if you like it.
