If long putters were banned, this wouldn't have happened.

Blame the USGA and the R & A.

They should back up the tape and watch the last couple of days. The guy was only inside for 10 seconds according to the clock in the bottom right corner. He's been there scoping it out.


Also, he must be needing some serious help if he's willing to break in to just get a putter. I'm a ****ty putter, but damn.

If he's like me, he won't end up liking it any better than his old putter.

Usually these kind of guys have the juevos to clean the store out. This goober did more monetary damage to the store by breaking the window than he did by swiping his loot.

My gut feeling is that this idiot is an Adam Scott wanna-be. It would have been too much work to re-sell all of the stolen clubs, so he only took the one he wanted to use. To make it even more pathetic, he could have mowed lawns for one weekend and made enough cash to buy the club.

This situation really puzzles me. Why would you put so much on the line for a $300 putter? It's $300. $300!

The type of people that commit crimes like this don't think as clearly as you guys do.

Some people are just wired differently.

Back in 2006 when metal was being stolen off jobsites, you could put a $100 bill on the sidewalk next to $100 worth of copper tubing, then told these types they can take only one of them. They'd take the copper.
