Who cares? As one of the thread's original posters said, being in that situation alone raises serious questions.

We know none of the details, but we anecdotally can assume that millions of guys find themselves 'denied at home plate' all of the time.

It's not a happy situation, but they don't get accused of sexual assault. Lots of us have been able to beg our way into scoring position. We haven't been accused of sexual assualt.

In the eyes of the law, a guy may be 'not guilty' if a witness turns chicken, or if some cop neglects to "Mirandize" him, but that doesn't make him innocent.

Frankly, I'd rather have a team made up of guys who contain their aggressive behavior between the sidelines and end zones rather than guys who get away with crimes.

Wait, isnt this akin to the Horn Recruit being charged with the rape of a 12 yr old girl?

Or did aggie logic defy me once again. (Aggie- wait until the whole story comes out about our recruit.... kill that horn commit, what a program recruiting guys like this.....)

I heard rumors to that effect, but certainly no reports. The latest rumors I have heard is that neither Michael Houston nor any other player on our football team were involved in the September 4th incident -- which is the only incident a gun was supposedly involved with.

Several newspapers reported it. The Corpus Christi paper for one.
