As much as I dislike tu, I doubt anyone that graduated from there is living in a house with a tin roof unless they are in the Peace Corps. With that in mind I bet there is more than one sip on here that does reside in such a house.

I was just watching a movie on the tube and everyone in it lives in a house that had a tin roof. Needless to say their lives were not enviable.

I have a tin roof on my home?? I must be confused, because it costs more than comp shingle and I thought my home was nice?? Am I to assume I am white trash? Living in Texas, I put on a metal roof to get a insurance discount and combat hail damage!!

I love metal roofs. Screw having to replace your shingles every 15-20 years. I don't care what shingles you bought, that roof ain't lasting 30-40 years. And, you don't have to deal with an insurance company trying to screw you when pea size hail aerates your roof.

It is but it isn't Texas. I'd consider giving important parts of my anatomy for a Taco Cabana and a Whataburger to open here. I also really miss fishing for reds and specks in the Laguna Madre.
