Neither has QB development.

Eastern Idaho Polytechnical withdrew their offer after they found somebody better working in a bowling alley.

You are smart enough to know Colt McCoy had a scholarship offer from Texas A&M, right?
A&M's QB recruiting is an issue as well.

A&M is fine at QB. We've actually passed on several this year that would have jumped on an offer. Worry about your own QB situation, which after Vincent Young, you have nothing, including your commit this year.

I think the tsips will just move a WR over to replace VY. There'd be no dropoff in the quality of their passing game.

tu has Matt Lundgren, last season's backup to Chance Mock. In four seasons he has amassed 53 yards of total offense, is 2-3 passing for 13 yards. On top of that Matt was the unanimous choice for "Big 12 Clipboard Carrier of the Year."
Matt has mastered the intricacies of Greg Davis's complex offensive schemes. He's tanned, he's rested, he's ready to go.

Heres a bet.
If TexAgs could devise a drawing to select 10 posters from the board at random, id bet 9 of them would whip Colts ass silly at arm wrestling.

Colt may not be blue chip, but he's better than he gets credit for. I've seen him play football and basketball(final 4). He's athletic, physical, has a very strong and accurate arm, and is fairly mobile.
As for this year's class, there is a lot of time and opportunities to sway decisions between now and February. In 30 days no one will care about this recruiting class until January many things will change between now and then, so I'm not to worried.

If Colt sucks so bad, what excuses are you going to come up with when he wins the 8th and 9th straight over you guys?
